Warrior Wheel and Underbody Truck Wash
The Rocktec Warrior Wheel and Underbody Truck Wash has been designed to provide a convenient, efficient and fully automatic drive through wash for heavy vehicles.
The Warrior caters for all types of road going vehicles and is built entirely of steel to ensure long life in the most arduous conditions. The design of the wheel wash prevents the vehicle wheels from wearing the mainframe by raising the removable grates above the frame. This also gives the benefit of a continuous rumble effect helping to loosen dirt and shake off excess water.
The base of the warrior has been hot dipped galvanized to prevent any corrosion from both the environment and the water that is used. Solid, removable grates allow easy access for any cleaning or maintenance that may be required while a central walkway gives safe pedestrian access over the wheel wash.
As the truck approaches the Warrior the sensor activates the wash cycle, the sensor has been specifically designed to reducing nuisance tripping from external sources.
A horizontal end suction centrifugal pump is supplied to provide the necessary water to the 84 high pressure nozzles that have been carefully directed to clean the underbody, the inside and outside of the wheels, as well as the tread and between the duals.

Optional ramp/s add-on
- specially designed to complement the main Rocktec Wheel and Underbody Wash system
- entry ramps help loosen caked-on mud from between the wheels and underside of the chassis
- exit ramps encourage water to drain off by gently vibrating the vehicle as it exits the wheel wash
- ramps also allow the wheel wash to be positioned on existing sealed roads without the need to excavate
Optional water re-circulation system add-on
- specially designed to complement the main Rocktec Wheel and Underbody Wash system
- wastewater is collected beneath the grid work and is returned (via submersible pump) to a settling system
- small infusion pump adds flocculant to the dirty water, ensuring the precipitation of waste solids in the tanks
- clean water is drained off the settling system for subsequent re-use
- accumulated waste solids are regularly removed from the tanks via single lever sluice valves.
Site requirements:
- a 50mm mains water supply, or equivalent
- a 30-amp, 415-volt, 3-phase and neutral, 50Hz electricity supply
- suitable foundations - Rocktec will advise on the correct construction specifications to suit your site and supply layout drawings if required
- cranage (4000kg lift) on the day of delivery/installation
- plumbing from pump to wheel wash (pipe size dependant on distance)
- plumbing from wheel wash to water discharge area.
