Continuous Mixing Plant - Pugmill

Description

Rocktec designed and manufactured continuous mixing system to provide between 250m3/h– 400 m3/h of lime or cement stabilized base course, or alternatively 250 m3/h of hydraulic concrete, based on continuous feed and discharge. The input material consists of aggregates including soils and sands with a maximum particle size of 65mm. In addition to this, two silos provide the capacity to add cement and lime. The programming of the plant allows a maximum of 50 recipes to be stored at any one time, this allows good control of the end product and rapid changes between recipes. Mixes can be manually entered or overridden.
